| If you are using AOL do not be concerned if you do not get a
confirmation copy of your order. It's AOL, not ALABASTER! The order
confirmation went out it just was not delivered.
We've contacted their Virginia Headquarters directly about this issue by phone a few times (connects to the Philippines) and by email several times. We have been told that the problem would be corrected but it has not happened yet.
